The fastest way to reach us is email. We usually reply within two business days.

Open Otterly, go to the You tab, and tap Delete account. That removes your tasks, steps, streak, and Room history. It cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app, email us and we will delete it for you.

Otter Premium is billed by Apple, not by us. To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Deleting your Otterly account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Settings first.

If someone gave you a code for free access, open Otterly, go to the You tab, tap Have a voucher, and enter it.

Otterly is a companion, not a therapist. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are in crisis, please reach a real person.
